Hypothesis
My hypothesis of this experiment is that sugar will look, feel, and taste better than Splenda in blueberry muffins and sugar cookies. With the sugar cookies (using sugar), they with taste sweet and will melt in your mouth, look a little flat with sugar on the top, and will feel moist and soft. With the sugar cookies using Splenda, I think there will be some differences, maybe not so much in the taste, but in texture and appearance. Before making the muffins with sugar, I predict that they will me moist and soft, look moist, and feel moist and soft. Using Splenda in the muffins on the other hand, I think that they will taste fine, but may look different in appearance and probably have somewhat of a different texture.
