Baking Soda v. Baking Powder
Have you ever been baking a cake before when the recipe calls for baking powder when all you have is baking soda. Instead of driving to the store for a can of baking powder you can use baking soda. All you need to do is add a dry acid. For my experiment I tried to find the best acid to make the tastiest cake. Read on to find more about baking soda and baking powder!
