1.      Buy a package of Provolone Cheese, a package of American cheese, and a package of Cheddar Cheese.

2.      Place a slice of each cheese in separate containers in my garage.

3.      Place a sticky note on each container so I can tell them apart.

4.      Record findings in a notebook on each cheese for two weeks.

5.      Take pictures of the cheese every other day for two weeks.
