Introduction

            For centuries, cheese has been a favorite food for people all around the world. Cheeses of all kinds can be found, from cheddar to Provolone. But like everything else, good things must come to an end, and the end for cheese is caused by mold. But, even though all cheese is cheese, the many types of this food have a different duration until mold grows. My experiment is to unravel this mystery and prove what cheese molds faster than others.
