| Our experiment will test our hypothesis. We think that regular sugar will make crystals better than powdered sugar. We think that regular sugar will work better than powdered sugar because regular sugar dissolves more quickly compared to the powdered sugar. That gives the regular sugar a better chance to crystallize. We think that the powdered sugar will not dissolve as fast because it has more variables than to the regular sugar. |
