Rock Candy has been around for
many years. First used as a medicine, then desired as a treat for
everyone and every age to enjoy.
We wanted to see what kind of sugar would be able to make the best rock
candy. Deciding how to determine the best, we thought which kind of sugar
would make the biggest crystals.
We decided to use powdered sugar and regular sugar.
We think that the regular sugar will create the best rock candy.
Our experiment will conclude which one will create the best of
