Conclusion

  After performing are experiment our hypothesis was proven wrong. We stated that the Rhodes bread would rise higher in a lower altitude, the exact opposite happened! The higher the altitude the higher the bread rose. The altitude did not have as much of effect on the bread rising then we had thought. Are result were:

• Kathleen's (lowest altitude) 2 1/3 "

• Ashley's (medium altitude) 2 1/2"

• Mary's (highest altitude)  3 1/12"
