Experiment
For our experiment we will use Rhodes Diner Rolls as our subject. We will make
one batch of rolls at Ashley house. At all of our houses the bread started out
1", Every hour the dough rose inconsistently. The Breads height after five hours
was 2 1/2 inches. And the different houses will be our variables. We will measure
each roll before we cook them, we will measure the height and the area around
it, the circumference. Then record what the height difference in the
measurements. Then we will all be able to see the difference in our rolls.
