Hypothesis
Does
being in a higher altitude place make the bread rise more or less? Our
hypothesis is that the bread will raise less in higher altitude. We say this is
so because, gravity pulls everything down. When we try to resist gravity, by for
example jumping it pulls us down. So if we bring the rolls higher the dough will
raise less. People always say gravity pulls everything down, well we will put
that to the test.
