Purpose

The purpose of our experiment is that we wish to discover in what temperatures of water potatoes grow in the best. The way we will discover this is by taking two russet potatoes and placing them in two cups of water. One cup will be within a refrigerator, whilst the other remains within a constant room temperature of 58 degrees. Our hopes are that they will sprout roots and grow from there.
